Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The 2 Queen beds and sofa bed arrangement was perfect for our needs. The young lady who checked us in at 7pm on Tuesday and the ladies who helped us during the day (Amanda and Caitlin) were exceptionally helpful and made us feel very special! Great customer service means a lot to this senior citizen!

Had a new (or updated) feel. Spacious, comfortable. My room on the right side of the hotel looked out into the trees, which was very nice and private. Great customer service! When a party above me was stomping on the floor and getting loud at 11:30 pm, I called the front and they got it taken care of right away.

Breakfast is good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread for toasting. The room was very comfortable, very clean, lots of room to spread out in a room with a king bed and couch. We like the modern updates to the rooms. The staff has been very accommodating.

East Texas hospitality at its BEST! The management and staff were very friendly, always smiling, respectful and very accommodating! Rooms were updated and clean which made it easy to just kick your shoes off and relax!
